Emmah Chiita Intern | Energy, Resources & Infrastructure (ERI) and Dispute Resolution

Emmah is an Intern within our Energy, Resources & Infrastructure and Dispute Resolution Deaprtments. A standout academic talent, she is a graduand of The Copperbelt University, where she will graduate with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree with Distinction.

Emmah brings a rigorous academic foundation to the firm’s ERI practice, having successfully completed specialized coursework in Environmental and Mining Law, Land Law, and Investment Law. Her ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks is complemented by her practical exposure to contract analysis and commercial drafting gained during her previous tenure at Namonje Sikombe & Associates.

In the sphere of Dispute Resolution, Emmah leverages strong advocacy and research skills, honed during her time as a Finalist in the Law Association of Zambia Moot Court Competition (2024). Her commitment to legal scholarship is further evidenced by her leadership role as Editor of the CBU Legal Periodicals Board.

Emmah combines sharp analytical capabilities with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality, positioning her as a valuable asset to the firm’s global commercial objectives.
