Natasha is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Advisory department. She advises Zambian and international clients on a range of contentious and transactional matters, with particular experience in commercial drafting, regulatory compliance and conveyancing.

Her practice is shaped by a disciplined research orientation and a considered approach to legal analysis. She regularly assists clients with the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements, the conduct of legal due diligence, and advice on statutory and regulatory obligations under Zambian law. In her conveyancing work, she has experience preparing transfer documentation, conducting title and encumbrance searches, and liaising with the Ministry of Lands and other public authorities to bring property transactions to timely completion.

Natasha is currently reading for an Interdisciplinary Master’s in Human Rights at the University of the Free State, where her research interests intersect with the firm’s public policy and regulatory practice. Prior to joining RBGLP, she was an Associate in the Corporate Advisory and Conveyancing department at Lungwebungu Legal Practitioners, having commenced her legal career as a Legal Intern at AB & David, where she supported senior practitioners on corporate, land and mining mandates. Her earlier work as a Research Assistant at the Free State Centre for Human Rights and the University’s Higher Education and Human Development Research Programme has given her a strong grounding in legal research and policy analysis.

Natasha’s recent experience includes:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements across a range of sectors
  • Conducting legal and regulatory due diligence in support of corporate transactions
  • Advising on statutory and regulatory compliance under Zambian law
  • Preparing and scrutinising conveyancing documentation, including title verification and stakeholder engagement with the Ministry of Lands & Natural Resources
  • Legal research and document preparation on corporate, land and mining matters
