Pelekelo is an Associate in our Banking & Finance and Dispute Resolution departments. She possesses both a passion for the law and an adeptness for the complex work she undertakes. She brings energy and a level of client care that puts clients at ease, ensuring they feel supported and understood.

Pelekelo works directly with clients to ensure their objectives are met. Her key experience includes:

Banking & Finance

• Drafting and reviewing facility agreements and a full range of security documentation, including debentures, mortgages, and guarantees.
• Conducting comprehensive legal due diligence on borrowers and security providers to identify and mitigate client risk.
• Managing the perfection and registration of securities at all relevant registries, including PACRA and the Ministry of Lands.

Dispute Resolution

• Drafting foundational court documents, including originating processes, complex pleadings, affidavits, and interlocutory applications.
• Managing all phases of the discovery process, including detailed document review and the preparation of discovery lists.
• Driving substantive trial preparation by meticulously organising complex case evidence and preparing bundles of documents and authorities for use in court.
